BUSS(Q) is a regulated fund which is operated to comply with the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993. BUSS(Q)'s Super Fund Number is 268338. BUSS (Queensland) Pty Ltd is a Registerable Superannuation Entity with Licence Number L0002159. BUSS(Q)'s Registration Number is R1055870. BUSS (Queensland) Pty Ltd holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL #237860) and is licenced to provide financial advice on superannuation products. Australian Administration Services (AAS) is the fund administrator for BUSS(Q). BUSS(Q) is managed by a Trustee company, BUSS(Queensland) Pty Ltd (ABN 15 065 081 281). A Trust Deed governs the operation of BUSS(Q) and from time to time it may need to be amended. You will be notified of any changes that may adversely affect your benefits. You may inspect a copy of the Trust Deed on request.
WHO LOOKS AFTER BUSS(Q)? BUSS(Q)'s Trustee ensures that the Fund is run properly and in the best interests of all members. The Trustee Board has six Directors; three member representatives and three employer representatives, and it is their responsibility to make the Fund work and provide the best returns for members, as well as ease the superannuation burden imposed on employers.
