Member Access

Member Access offers you an internet link to your superannuation account.  It's simple to navigate and convenient to use.  Now you can check your account at your convenience.

This service allows you to:

• View and change membership details such as addresses and telephone numbers.
• View account details such as account balance and recent contributions paid.
• Make an investment switch online.
• View and update your beneficiary details
• Advise us of any other changes you may wish to make via email.

Member Access is Secure

Member Access is fully secure.  You need to register to use this service.  When you do, you will be prompted for a password.  Your superannuation information cannot be accessed through Member Access without this password.

Registering for Member Access

To register for Member Access please contact BUSS(Q) on FREECALL 1800 657 216 between 8.30am and 5.00pm.  Please have your BUSS(Q) membership number ready when you call.
