Find Lost Super

There are a number of ways you can search for your lost superannuation.

  • You can conduct your own online SuperSeeker search by clicking here.

  • You can phone the SuperSeeker self-help phone service on 13 28 65. This phone service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • You can ask BUSS(Q) to conduct a search on your behalf using SuperMatch, or

  • You can download and complete a Lost members register enquiry form (click here) (NAT 2476), www.ato.gov.au.

The easiest way to search for your lost superannuation is by using SuperSeeker, available online or via a phone service.

SuperSeeker online and the phone service will look for your lost superannuation in real time and instantly provide you with possible matches. SuperSeeker uses your tax file number to find any lost accounts you may have recorded on the Lost Members Register. It will also search Tax Office records, such as the superannuation holding accounts reserve (SHAR) and any unclaimed superannuation guarantee vouchers in your name.
