HOW DO I JOIN THE BUSS(Q) EMPLOYER SPONSORED PLAN?
1. ONLINE 
Please click on the YELLOW button to the right to join BUSS(Q) online now.
You’ll be asked to complete 8 steps, which should take approximately 10 minutes. Please have your Tax File Number (TFN) handy when completing your application.
You will receive an email from BUSS(Q) within 5 - 7 business days welcoming you to the fund and giving you a BUSS(Q) Membership Number. You will then need to provide a copy of this email to your employer.
Your insurance will commence when BUSS(Q) receives your first employer contribution.
2. COMPLETE A FORM AND GIVE IT TO YOUR EMPLOYER
If you don't wish to join online, please read the information in the Product Disclosure Statement, print and complete the Member Application form contained within the Product Disclosure Statement and return the signed application form to your employer.
Your employer will then forward that application, together with your employer contributions, to BUSS(Q). You will then receive a letter from BUSS(Q) welcoming you to the fund and giving you a BUSS(Q) Membership Card and Membership Number.
Your insurance will commence when BUSS(Q) receives your first employer contribution.
