EmployerAccess security enhancement

In August 2021 multi-factor authentication was introduced to the sign-in process on EmployerAccess, the online platform employers use to make payments to BUSSQ. This will add an additional layer of security to protect your data.
What does this mean for you?
Your current user name and password has not changed, however when you log into EmployerAccess you will now need to provide an additional security check upon signing in by providing either a code sent your nominated device or a push notification.
What do you need to do?
Ensure your information is up to date in EmployerAccess. You also need to ensure each person from your company using EmployerAccess has their own unique login.
When you log in to EmployerAccess you will be asked to choose your preferred method of authentication. The options are either ‘Okta Verify’ or ‘Google Authenticator’ applications on your mobile phone/tablet or alternatively you can have a SMS sent to your mobile phone.
If you’ve selected either ‘Okta Verify’ or ‘Google Authenticator’ as a method of authentication, you will be required to download the application on either your mobile phone or tablet. The apps can be download from apps.apple.com (for Apple devices) or play.google.com (for android devices).
