General
The Trustee may from time to time amend, update, or change the Site or the Content, including these Terms of Use, without prior notice.

These Terms of Use, and where relevant the terms of use for the secure pages of Australian Administration Services Pty Ltd "Member Online" and Australian Administration Services Pty Ltd "Employer Access", constitute the entire agreement between you and the Trustee with respect to this Site.  

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed deleted only to the extent that it is not enforceable.

Failure by the Trustee to insist upon strict performance of any of these Terms of Use will not be construed as a waiver of any right or remedy of the Trustee.

An email which is sent to the Trustee or BUSSQ is taken to be received by the Trustee or BUSSQ when the email message enters the electronic mail box of BUSSQ and is able to be opened in readable form. Proof of receipt is established by an electronic or paper record of the date and time the email message entered the electronic mail box of the Trustee and was able to be opened in readable form.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, and must be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Queensland Australia and the parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts, which have jurisdiction to hear appeals from those courts.

Access to Secure Pages on Site - AAS Member Online
Access to the AAS Member Online pages on the Site where a password and user name are required (Secure Pages) is only authorised for members of BUSSQ.

You are responsible for maintaining the physical and electronic security of the devices you use to access AAS Member Online, and the confidentiality and security of your password and user name. 

You agree to notify the Trustee immediately of any unauthorised use of your password or other breach of security relating to your account. ‘Unauthorised Access or Use’ means providing member password and username to a third party without any proper authority in place  . The Trustee is not responsible for any loss or damage for unauthorised use of your password/other breach of security where you have not notified the Trustee of such use/breach.

The Trustee can cancel any password or user name at any time and without notice if the Trustee believes it is being used in a way that can cause loss to you or the Trustee.  

You agree to receive emails about your use of AAS Member Online, and statements, notices and other communications via Member Online. You can change your communication preferences at any time via Member Online or by calling 1800 692 877

Your access to the Site is subject to these terms and conditions, the Privacy Statements (including the Link Group Privacy Policy) of AAS and the Trustee, notices, disclaimers and any other terms and conditions or other statements contained on this Site (referred to collectively as "Terms and Conditions"). By using and accessing the Site you agree to be subject to the Terms and Conditions.  

General Terms and Conditions
You acknowledge and agree that:

  • you will not use the Site in any way that causes or could cause the Site to be interrupted, damaged or impaired and you will not use or attempt to use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • access to the Site may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance windows and otherwise from time to time;
