Member Engagement Team
Our Member Engagement Team is made up of Employer Relationship Managers and Worksite Relationship Managers, providing specialised support to both employers and members across Queensland.
The team delivers personalised service over the phone, face-to-face, and onsite.
The Member Engagement Team is supported and guided by the Member Engagement Management Team, ensuring a consistent, high-quality service experience for both employers and members.
Key Stakeholders Team
Our Key Stakeholders Team works closely with unions, industry organisations and other key partners to strengthen relationships, support collaboration and help ensure BUSSQ continues to meet the needs of the building and construction industry.

- Payroll and contribution processing support
- Clearing House enquiries
- New employee onboarding
- Workplace financial literacy and education sessions
