Our interactive financial fitness sessions will give your employees tips to make the most of their money and feel empowered to make financial decisions about their future.

A financial fitness session covers topics such as:

• Saving for short, medium and long term goals
• Strategies for debt reduction
• How insurance protects us when we need it most
• Ideas and options for building your super

Superannuation education

Our easy to understand superannuation education sessions can help your staff with:

• Tips to make the most of their super
• How to put extra money into super
• How to roll their super into one fund
• How to keep their household running if they can’t work
• How to update instructions for what happens to their super and insurance if they die

These sessions can be tailored to your employees and can be run as a short stand up during smoko, a lunch time session or evening session if that suits your workplace best.

Employee inductions

Including superannuation information as part of your induction for new employees will help them to better understand the benefits of super and what BUSSQ can offer as your industry fund.

Helping employees understand super and how important it is to have the right insurance within super is important for building and construction workers as not all super funds provide insurance cover for our industry as BUSSQ does.

We can provide information for you to include in your induction kits or superannuation induction sessions onsite for your employees.
