Employer Online
From 1 July 2026 Payday super legislation will be introduced, meaning you will need to pay employee’s super at the same time as you pay their wages.
As part of this update, BUSSQ’s SCH online and EmployerAccess will also be updated to a new system, called Employer Online, powered by Wrkr. This new system aims to deliver a more streamlined, user friendly, and compliant digital experience.
Employer Online key features
In addition to being able to submit your Superannuation Guarantee payments, the new Employer Online provides a range of enhancements to the current platform experience.
- User friendly experience with a modern interface designed to simplify payroll interactions
- Support and enhanced reporting, including:
- service support and interactive help guides
- Contribution timeline and status – view a detailed history and status of your contributions
- Reporting capabilities
- Complex organisation set up – if you have multiple businesses, these can be established to match your organisation structure
- Faster and more reliable contribution processing
- Enhanced data accuracy and reduction of manual rework
- Secure data management and strengthened compliance controls
