Employer Online
On 1 July 2026 Payday Super legislation was introduced. As part of this update, BUSSQ launched a new online portal called Employer Online. This new system includes a built in clearing house for paying super and aims to deliver a more streamlined, user friendly and compliant digital experience for employers.
SCH Online and EmployerAccess have been replaced by Employer Online. They will remain available in read only mode until 31 December 2026.

Employer Online is available to BUSSQ default employers at no additional cost.
Employer Online features an intuitive, user friendly interface that guides you through each step of the contribution process. Create new member accounts, find members, view contributions, export reports and more.
Submit contributions quickly and efficiently, helping you meet Payday Super deadlines and manage more frequent payments with confidence.
Real-time validation, alerts and status updates helps identify potential issues before submission, reducing failed contributions, rework and processing delays.
Employer Online uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) to help protect your data. Contributions are timestamped from submission through to fund confirmation, giving you a clear record of each transaction. Employer Online is also SuperStream compliant.
